This recipe was requested by a vegetarian friend. Hope you will enjoy it.
- Bean Sprouts - 1 lb
- Green Beans - 8 oz
- Veg. Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Spring Onion - 2
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
- Wash and Rinse the Beansprouts and Beans.
- Remove the top and tail of the Beans and cut them into halves.
- Heat the Oil in a Wok till its hot.
- Add the Spring Onions to flavor the oil and add the Beans and Stir-fry for 5 mins or till tender.
- Add the Bean-Sprouts and Stir-Fry for 30s.
- Add the Salt and Sugar and Stir-Fry for 1 min more.
- Serve Hot sprinkled with Sesame Oil.
