- Hersheys Chocolate chips - 2 c
- Flour - 2 1/4 c
- Butter - 1 c
- Sugar - 3/4 c
- Brown Sugar - 3/4 c
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 2
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Leave the butter at room temp for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Beat the Butter with the Sugar and Brown Sugar and Vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Sift the flour along with Baking Soda and Salt in a bowl.
- Add the flour mixture little at a time to the butter mixture until well blended.
- Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
- Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Heat the oven to 375 deg F. Bake 8 to 10 mins or till lightly browned.
- Cool Slightly. Remove from Cookie Sheet to wire rack.
- Cool completely and store in air-tight container.
Tip : Serve with Milk or at tea time as snack.
